You can make an order through "Cash on Delivery" or prepaid through online payment on EBS or Paypal. Cash on Delivery option is available only in India in select pincodes. EBS offers most leading payment options within India such as from bank account/debit/credit card/e-wallet. Paypal option is for all international orders.

• photo decal: 10 days including graphic approval
• Letter Decals: 2 days
• Custom wallpaper: 5 days from the time the graphic is approved
• Paint stencil: 10 days
• Wall stickers from WallDesign's collection: 2 days
• Custom Wall Stickers:5 days from the graphic approval

Upto Rs. 1000, all orders will have a nominal shipping charge of Rs. 60 added to the amount.

Your order will be placed in our design queue. One of our designers will create the design preview and you will receive as an email attachment from support@walldesign.in. If you may have missed our mail we will resend a reminder or get in touch with your through phone.

We try our best to keep you satisfied with your purchase. However sometimes due to a combination of factors the product might not meet your expectations. For any defects from our side, we will replace your product. For any customized orders where the preview has been approved by you, we will be unable to do anything from our side. We will provide you a coupon code for your next purchase. In general, most of our products when installed on your surface, will look similar to the product images on our website so that you can buy with confidence at WallDesign.

We can print from small stickers such as labels to large full wall graphics. We can create stickers for gifting and events. We can equally produce large environmental graphics to give the perfect ambiance in an office / large public space.

If the value crosses Rs. 5000 or number of products is greater than 10, we accept non-cod payment only. However, we would like you to be sure of what you will receive, so we can send you a sample product and then you can finalize the order.
