A cultural center with many visitors coming in for various arts, music and cultural festivals needed elegant prints on their walls. Each classroom had a map and a silhouette city decal highlighting the monuments of each city after which the classroom was named. The idea of the Alliance Francaise center director was to give a feeling to people of having walked into the French city of Paris and be one with the French lifestyle and scenery.
